Question 1 Once the application form is completed and sent on the website, is it immediately considered a new supplier of GPSC?

Answer 1 No. Due to the information filling on the website, it is just preliminary information sent to the GPSC Procurement team only. GPSC will consider your product/ service if there is a need, will contact you shortly.

GPSC will consider suppliers who applied, based on the product/ service such as

  • Company Quality Standardization
  • Financial Statement
  • Reliability and Customer Reference
  • Safety, Occupational Health, Environment Management

However, GPSC reserves the right to contact the supplier for the required product/ service only.

Answer 3 Yes, if in the future GPSC wants to find a new supplier in that product/ service group, all previously entered information will be reconsidered.

Answer 4 No, because the Company's financial statement is disclosed information by the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce.
